We are partnering with the Brooksteed Alehouse in Worthing to bring you an alternative Sunday Lunch once a month. We are combining classic flavours from the traditional Sunday Lunch with our fusion street food. We will be serving one of our Glaco Mezze Boards but with a 'roast spin'. Think homemade Glaco bases topped with bivette steak cooked medium rare and a tomato, basil, feta and balsamic salsa. Served with a pot of cauliflower cheese, roasted and crushed baby new potatoes cooked in garlic and rosemary and a slaw on the side.
